•    We partner with Printful to fulfill and ship your orders directly to your doorstep.

•    Orders typically take 3–7 business days to produce, plus shipping time which varies by your location.

•    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

•    You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships, so you can keep an eye on your package every step of the way.

 

Returns & Exchanges

•    Because all our products are custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.

•    If your order arrives with a defect or damage, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

•    We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund once the claim is verified.

•    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer’s remorse.
